We collect your Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, and Delivery Addresses when you register as a Buyer (Doctor, Clinic, or Hospital) or Vendor on Surgiway. This data is used strictly for authentication, order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and account security.
Healthcare & Commercial Verification Documents
To comply with Egyptian healthcare procurement standards and Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) regulations, verified Buyers submit medical syndicate cards or hospital licenses, and Vendors submit commercial registers, tax cards, and EDA licenses. These files are reviewed exclusively by authorized Surgiway compliance administrators.
Order, Invoice & Messaging Records
We store B2B procurement orders, commission invoices, support requests, and direct order messages between buyers, vendors, and platform support to ensure medical supply traceability and dispute resolution.
